Returns/Refunds

Refunds

  • If you do not wish to keep the product, just return it with in 30 days of the delivery date and you will be issued a 100% refund (product must unused and in new condition). We do not charge a "re-stocking" fee for returned product in unused and new condition.  We do not refund shipping costs.

  • If you paid with a credit card, we will issue a credit to your card when we have received the product back in good condition.  A copy of the credit/debit will be mailed to you.  Sincd we do not keep credit information, we may need to call you to get your credit card information so we and issue a refund.  We do not keep credit card information.

  • If you paid via check or money order, a check will be issued when the product has been returned in good condition.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice in your return box with your phone number and reason for the return.
