Ductile steel wheel is a combination of select alloys that give it higher weight capacities than cast iron, and is more economical than drop forged steel. It can be known as malleable iron, meaning it will flex rather than cracking or breaking when submitted to an extreme shock load. It is also an abrasion resistant wheel.
*Please note temperature ratings are dependent upon the bearing selected. Unless noted otherwise in the options, bearings will have a 180°F temperature rating.

V-groove caster wheels are designed to guide equipment by rolling on inverted angle iron track. Elevated track minimizes problems caused by floor debris. The relief groove at the base of the "V" equalizes the load on each face of the angle. When not operating on track, the considerable wheel tread on each side of the V-groove allows for use on smooth floors.
Common Applications: V-groove wheels are used for where precise alignment or indexing of equipment is necessary. These casters are capable of guiding industrial ovens, paint booths, gates, inverted track and other similar equipment.
