Ductile steel wheels are the next level up in capacity & durability from cast iron wheels. Made from a combination of alloys that provide excellent tensile strength, these wheels come with extra thick treads, hubs & walls. While ductile steel is very resilient, it is tough on floors & could lead to floor damage.

* This brake kit has a maximum temperature rating of 180°F due to its plastic pedal construction.
* This face contact brake is not compatible with all casters. However, we've found this particular caster to be one of the few that pairs effectively with it. These brakes are not intended for use on slopes or inclined surfaces. Excessive force or pushing against the wheel may reduce braking effectiveness or cause slippage.
