Ductile steel is a combination of select alloys that give it higher weight capacities than cast iron, and is more economical than drop forged steel. It can be known as malleable iron, meaning it will flex rather than cracking or breaking when submitted to an extreme shock load. It is also an abrasion resistant wheel.
Common Applications: Platform Trucks, Warehouse Carts, Dollies, Stock Picking Trucks, Freight Terminal Carts, Food Service Carts, Excellent for Industrial and Commercial Equipment.
*Please note temperature ratings are dependent upon the bearing selected. Unless noted otherwise in the options, bearings will have a 180°F temperature rating.
